If you would like to hire from us then please ﬁll out the new client application form attached, include your supporting documents and send back to us.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for us to process your application.
Hires are to be paid in advance until a trading relationship has been established.
All new hires are subject to the company’s trading status with at least two trade references provided on the new client form.
All hires are subject to proof of comprehensive insurance cover. We will require a copy of your policy for our records. Completion of a new client application form does not guarantee that an account will be opened.
Once all the above is signed and sealed, we look forward to a creative and happy relationship with you. Our pledge in return is to always ensure our kit and crew are the best in the business and fully tested before leaving the building. Once we have developed a trading relationship with you we will be able to set up 30 day payment terms.
- Two forms of ID - if you're a company; name, address and credit card or utility bill.
- Three forms of ID - if you're a soletrader/freelancer; name, address and credit card or utility bill.
- Credit card details - for payment in advance.

- A signed declaration - collection of equipment that permits us to take any additional charges for lost or damaged kit.
