VAXIS STORM 800 is an entry level professional wireless HD-SDI video transmission system for broadcast, cinema and indie productions. The overall size has been improved over the old 500ft, with a reduction of about 15%. A new OLED screen means it isn't difficult to change channels, and lets you check power easily. A longer range means STORM 800 is more stable and can boost the run speed of the software. VAXIS sword antenna cause less wear and tear on your equipment.

The STORM 800 supports metadata, Time Code and start/stop flags for RED, ARRI, Canon, Sony and Panasonic cameras. The transmitter comes with a Sony NP-F battery plate, while the receiver comes with a V-Mount battery plate. A durable, portable and robust piece of kit that has proven very reliable in the field.
