The M18 is an 1800W ARRIMAX style lamphead. Combining award winning technologies, it is an incredible new class of HMI lighting. As small as a 1200W PAR but with a 70 percent higher light output. The BABYMAX gives a remarkably even beam spread that casts crisp shadows and is adjustable from 20-60˚ without requiring spreader lenses.
The use of an 1800W lamp is made possible by a cooling system which maintains airflow at any tilt angle. This keeps all part of the fixture in safe working limits while pumping out strong daylight that can be rigged in the wettest conditions. The light requires no generator when working in domestic situations and draws less than 13A from a 230V supply. The ultimate HMI for location shooting.
